Apples can also be stored in a plastic bag with small holes to allow for air circulation. It's important to remove any bruised or damaged apples as they will cause the other apples to spoil more quickly.

At ShimlaFARMS, we take pride in delivering only the freshest and without any harmful chemicals sprayed on the fruits directly from our farm to you. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns due to the perishable nature of the product.
We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange policy for your peace of mind. However, the reasons provided must be genuine and valid for us to consider and investigate.

If you want to cancel our service, you need to let us know at least 1 day before your fruits got shipped after shipment got dispatched we are not able to cancel the product due to the perishable nature of fruits.
Refund Eligibility
Being fresh fruits, some fruits are bound to get damaged during shipping. If you receive damaged fruits, please send us photos of the damage within 24 hours of receipt. Based on the extent of the damage, we will initiate a exchange, partial or full refund.
In the event that the fruit is found to be rotten on the inside, again, please send us photos and we will issue a refund based on the degree of the damage.

HOW MANY APPLES IN 5KG OR 10 KG
If you are buying 5 kg or 10 kg of apples, here are some key points to consider. All apples are A+ grade & wax free, but the number of apples you get will vary depending on their size.
For a 5 kg in tray:
Extra small apples: 35 apples, each weighing around 120-130 grams.
Small apples: 30 apples, each weighing around 130-155 grams.
Medium apples: 25 apples, each weighing around 155-190 grams.
Large apples: 20 apples, each weighing around 190-240 grams.
In a 5 kg box, the actual weight of the apples will be between 4.6 kg and 4.9 kg, with the remaining weight being the box itself.
This means weight will be approximately double what is in the 5 kg box, minus the box weight. This ensures you receive high-quality, A+ grade & wax free apples, with the quantity varying based on their size.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE APPLES ROT
If the apples rot during delivery because weavoid using insecticides on our farms, don't worry. Just snap some pictures ofthe rotten ones, and we'll refund you (Based on damage). It's a part of ourcommitment to natural farming. We believe it's better to have a few rottenapples than to risk using harmful chemicals.
